Yum! I can’t wait to try this
Since I started this blog my bed time reading has been cookbooks. Maybe at the moment I’m a little bit obsessed with food and the good news for you is that, as a consequence, I have been able to share some nice recipes with you. In any case it does not matter much as what I really would like to talk to you about is a book I have just read on food and creative chefs.
Through such book I just discovered the originality of Heston Blumenthal, who at his at his restaurant served egg and bacon ice cream and sardine sorbet, and the creativity of Ferran Adrià’s caipirinha cocktail sorbet.
Although I would like to be as imaginative as them I’m not, at least not yet. However I decided to find and to prepare a new and original recipe and while I was looking for one I came across Nigela Lawson’s Rosemary loaf cake. And from it comes the inspiration for my version…
