Chia Seed Hydrator.

This. Is. Amazing.

I am not quite sure why I haven’t been making this more often!
I am really put off paying up to $7 on drinks that I can make at home that taste just as great (I mean, EVEN BETTER!) and are top quality, something that you cannot be 100% sure of when purchasing from an outside source.

This drink is essential for hydration and boasts delicious protein beads, known as chia seeds, to give your body some plant based protein, fiber and cholesterol reducing nutrients.
It is GREAT PRE or POST-workout as I have added a few little twists in this deliciously refreshing drink.

All you need is:

– 1 tbsp chia seeds – a little bit of protein
– 1 cup coconut water (NOT from concentrate) – will replenish electrolytes after working out
– juice of 1/2 a lemon
– a few frozen berries, or fruit…
